In our continuing efforts to provide you with the best possible service, we are making improvements to our billing system.
Look for these changes to your bill:
Q: I am used to my Time Warner Cable bill the way it is now. Why are you changing it?
A: Time Warner Cable is switching to a new billing system that is more efficient and effective. Not only will it better support our business, it will also serve our customers better. Once you receive your new bill, we're sure you will agree that it is much easier to read.
Q: Will my account number change?
A: Yes. Your old Time Warner Cable account number contained 16 digits. Your new account number will contain only nine digits – seven digits followed by a dash and two additional digits.
Q: When will I receive my new bill?
A: We began using the new billing system and format on March 1st. Depending upon your billing date, you should have received the new bill in March or April. You will notice that the size of the statement envelope is larger. The statement itself is larger, more colorful and easier to read.
Q: I pay my Time Warner Cable bill electronically. How does this change affect me?
A: If you use Time Warner Cable's Pay Express option, you must register to re-establish your automatic bill payment option. If you use another form of bill payment, you must review that arrangement to correct your account number and the address where the payment is sent. If you use any form of automatic or electronic payment, you may need to provide your new account number and restart your automatic bill payment process.
