Marion County Commission The county commission is a 3-member board elected to serve 6-year rotating terms. Each member must live in a different district. The commission meets every Wednesday at 10 a.m. in the City-County Building. There are also quarterly evening meetings on the third Tuesday of February, May, August & November.
