Some Of Our Positions
Installation Service Technicians
We're looking for Installation Service Technicians to help us bring cable and high-speed data products to subscribers. Candidates must have excellent communications and customer service skills, good mathematical abilities and reading comprehension. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required, as is a valid driver's license with a good driving history. Experience in a technical field, along with A+ certification is preferred.

 

Sales Representatives
A growing marketplace provides challenging opportunities for our Sales Representatives. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with persuasive written and oral communications skills, strong computer and customer service skills, and thorough knowledge of cable products, programming choices and prices. Sales experience is preferred. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required, as is a valid driver's license with a good driving history and reliable transportation.

 

Customer Service Representatives
Our Call Center provides an excellent place to build a career - and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers. Candidates must possess basic typing abilities, strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is preferred. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required.

 

Interns
We currently offer Sales/Marketing, Web Development/MIS and Advertising Sales internships in the fall and spring for college students who are interested in earning college credit for their work.
