Some Of Our Positions
Call Center Associates
Our Call Center provides an excellent place to build a career - and we're looking for motivated Call Center Associates to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers. Candidates must possess basic typing and math abilities, and strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is required, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.

 

Installation Technicians
We're looking for Installation Technicians to help us bring cable and high-speed data products to subscribers. Candidates must have excellent communication and customer service skills, good mathematical abilities and reading comprehension, as well as manual dexterity, the ability to work outdoors year round, lift heavy objects, and demonstrate climbing skills. A high school diploma or the equivalent is required and experience in a technical field is preferred.

 

Direct Sales Associates
We have challenging opportunities for Direct Sales Associates, to market and sell cable television and high-speed data services directly to residential customers throughout our area. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with excellent communications abilities, strong computer and customer service skills. Sales experience, reliable transportation and a high school diploma or the equivalent is required.

Candidates applying for a position that requires the use of a company vehicle or their personal vehicle to perform work for the company must have a valid driver's license with less than 6 points. In addition, all candidates must satisfactorily pass a background investigation, pre-employment physical and drug/alcohol screen.
