Some Of Our Positions
Customer Service Representatives
Our Call Center provides an excellent place to build a career - and we're looking for motivated Customer Service Representatives to help us respond to the needs of our subscribers. Candidates must possess basic typing abilities, strong computer and communications skills. Customer service experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.

 

Installation and Repair Technicians
We're looking for Installation and Repair Technicians to help us bring cable and high-speed data products to subscribers. Candidates must have excellent communications and customer service skills, good mathematical abilities and reading comprehension, as well as manual dexterity, the ability to lift heavy objects and demonstrated climbing skills. A high school diploma or the equivalent is preferred, as is experience in a technical field.

 

Direct Sales Representatives
We have challenging opportunities for Direct Sales Representatives to market and sell cable television and high-speed data services directly to residential customers throughout our area. Candidates must be motivated self-starters with excellent communications abilities, strong computer and customer service skills. Sales experience is preferred, as is a high school diploma or the equivalent.
