What is Premium Channels On Demand?

2. Start watching at the touch of a button and pause, rewind and fast-forward just like a VCR.
   
   
3. One low monthly subscription fee gives you unlimited access to all iControl programming for those Premium Channels you already subscribe to.
   
   
4. Choose from Original Series, Hit Movies, Sports Specials and Kids Programs from HBO™, Showtime™, Cinemax™ and The Movie Channel™. New choices are added every week.
   
   
5. You also get iControl exclusives, like past episodes of your favorite original series.

Find a Channel

1. Tune to a Premium Channel On Demand. Enter the channel number directly on your remote control, and press the SELECT button. Check your Channel-Lineup Guide for the channel number.
   
   
2. If you don't know the channel number, you can find it by browsing the on-screen Program Guide. Press the GUIDE button to bring up the Program Guide.
   
    
   
   Then press the UP or DOWN arrow buttons to find a Premium Channel On Demand and press the SELECT button.
   
    
         
    
   

Subscribe

1. If you have not already subscribed, you will be able to do so now.
   
   
2. You may be instructed to call your local Customer Service Center.
   
   
   
   
3. Or, you may be given instructions on how to subscribe right here on your TV screen.
   
   
   
4. Press the B button on your remote to subscribe.
   
   
   
   
5. Now you must confirm your subscription - this prevents accidental subscriptions. Press the B button to confirm.
   
   
6. If you have set up Purchase Protection, you will be asked to enter your PIN number to confirm your subscription. Click here to learn more about Purchase Protection.
   
   
   
   
7. Once you subscribe, you get unlimited access to all programs. It may take up to 24 hours for all programming to become available on your system.

Find a Program

1. Tune to a Premium Channel On Demand.
   
   
2. Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to choose a category. Then press the SELECT button.
   
   
3. To choose another category, press the C button to return to the previous menu.
   
   
   
   
4. After you choose a category, the names of all series or genres within that category are listed on the bottom of the screen. Use the LEFT and RIGHT arrow buttons to choose from these.
   
   
   
   
5. Use the UP and DOWN arrow buttons to browse through all the available shows.
   
   
6. If you want more information about a show, press the SELECT button.
   
   
   
   
7. To return to the main menu, press the C button.

Watch a Show

1. Before you start watching, make sure the VCR/VOD option on your remote is set to VOD -- that stands for Video On Demand.

   Note:
   
   Some remotes have a switch; others a button. If your remote has neither, it will work automatically - you don't have to change anything.

2. Press the PLAY button to start watching a show.
   
   
   
   
3. If you have set up Parental Control, and the show you have selected is restricted, you will be asked to enter your PIN number. Click here to learn more about Parental Control.
   
   
4. You can PAUSE , REWIND , and FAST-FORWARD the show using your remote control buttons -- just like a VCR.
   
   
5. You can also press the STOP button at any time. When you press the STOP button, you will be given the choice to resume playing from where you left off (press the PLAY button) or to restart the show from the beginning (press the A button).
