What if I own an analog TV set?

Answer:

If you want to continue to use your analog TV with "rabbit ears" or outdoor antenna now that the transition to digital is complete, you must install a digital-to-analog TV converter. It converts the digital signal into an analog format so that it can be displayed on your analog television. Or you can sign up for cable service from Time Warner Cable.
