Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ  >> Customer Support  >> PayXpress
Q:Can I make a payment greater than my current amount due?
A:Yes. The amount due is taken from your current statement. When you are making one-time payments, you can increase or decrease this amount as you wish (for automatically recurring payments, the full balance due will be deducted on the payment due date). Simply enter the amount that you wish to pay in the "Amount to Pay" field. NOTE: payments made during a month will not be reflected until the next billing cycle. If you make multiple payments during the month, you still need to pay the full amount due by the "Payment Due Date" on your bill to avoid late fees or associated delinquency actions.
