Q:How do I establish regular recurring monthly payment options?
A:

Simply go to the "Recurring Payment" link within "My Account" (accessed via the homepage). You can choose to have your monthly bill paid by your credit or debit card, or your checking or savings account.

Please note that when adding a new recurring payment option, there is a 30 to 45 day delay prior to the first automatic payment; you should make a one-time payment for your most recent bill. You can confirm that your recurring payment option is in effect by checking the "Payment Due Date" on your online billing statement; when the recurring payment plan is in effect, you will see "Autopay" in this field. In addition, the date that the automatic payment will be applied to your account is displayed beneath the "Account Snapshot" section of your online statement summary.
