| A: | | Yes. You will be sent an e-mail reminder when your bill is available for viewing on the site. In fact, you will be able to view your bill approximately 3-4 days sooner than you would normally receive your paper statement in the mail. Please note: if your e-mail address changes, you will need to access your online account and update your account with the new address. |
