Q:How is Second Line installed?
A:Second Line requires that a Time Warner Cable technician come to your house. If you are subscribing to Digital Phone for a primary and secondary line at the same time, both can be installed simultaneously. If you are already have a primary line, we will have to set up a separate installation.
