Q:Who should I call if I have a problem with my Digital Phone?
A:

If you have a question about your telephone bill or service, please Contact Us. If your concern is not resolved after speaking with our customer service representative, ask to speak with a supervisor. If your problem is still not resolved, you may contact the consumer hotline at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) at 1-888-CALL-FCC (1-888-225-5322) or go to www.fcc.gov. The staff will review rules with you, advise you of your rights and, if needed, work with you and the company to try to resolve your problem. You may also Contact Us for your division's local Public Service Commission.
