Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ  >> Digital Phone Service  >> Voice Mail
Q:If I use PIN SKIP will my Voice Mail still be secure?
A:With PIN SKIP, you will no longer need to enter your Voice Mail PIN when you retrieve your messages from your home phone only. While this is a great time-saving feature, PIN SKIP significantly decreases the privacy protection and security of your Voice Mail. For added protection, you can enable your PIN from the main Voice Mail menu.
