| A: | | Click on “Contact Us” under Quick Links on the Road Runner Help and Member Services home page at http://www.help.rr.com/ to find the email addresses and procedures for reporting abuse, fraud and security violations. Please include any documentation of the violation generated from your security software program, such as logs indicating when the attacks occurred and the IP address of the attacker. If a subscriber of another Internet service has committed a security violation, you should contact the security coordinator for that provider. |
