Q:If my cable goes out, does my Internet go out too?
A:If the cable lines are damaged, you will not have a cable and Internet connection. However, if the lines are not damaged and your cable signals go out, it is possible to continue Internet access because signals are sent separately using the same cable line. Please Contact Us to check on area outages and/or to assist with restoring your service.
