Q:What do I do if I get a new computer?
A:If you are already a Road Runner customer, you can hook up your computer to your modem and connect to the Internet. Once connected to the Internet, visit Road Runner Help and Member Services home page at http://www.help.rr.com/ to set up your email, home page and find more FAQs regarding the new set-up. In most cases, you will be able to simply plug your new computer into the cable modem using the same Ethernet cable that your old PC was using. With a newer computer you should be able to get right online with no configuration. If you are adding a new computer in addition to your current computer, you may want to consider our Wireless Roadrunner/Wireless Home Networking solution.
