| Q: | | Can I use my own wireless adapters? |

| A: | | Yes. Because Wi-Fi technology is becoming more prevalent, most new laptops include built-in wireless cards. If you have one of these laptops, or just happen to have a wireless Network Interface Controller (NIC) of your own, we will make every effort to help you configure it to work with Wireless Road Runner/Wireless Home Networking. Please keep in mind however, that we can only guarantee optimal performance and offer full support for equipment that has been provided by Time Warner Cable. |
