Do customers need to subscribe to Digital Cable in order to receive the Family Choice Tier?
Answer:
Yes. A digital cable set-top box is required for every television in the home that you want access to Family Choice programs as well as Parental Controls. However, Family Choice customers will only need to subscribe to our basic cable service.
Note: Family Choice may not be available in all areas, please contact your local Time Warner Cable office for details on availability.
