What is PayXpress?

PayXpress is Time Warner Cable's bill payment option that lets you schedule and make payments as well as receive and pay "eBills" online. You can make payments anytime, anywhere, from almost any computer with Internet access. You can also set up recurring payments.

How do I register?

Registration is simple.  From the main PayXpress page scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your Time Warner Account number.  This will help you begin your registration process. 

What if I was an existing user with Comcast?

If you have been paying your bills online with Comcast, you must re-register your account with Time Warner Cable's online payment system PayXpress. Once registered, you will continue to conveniently make your payments online and view your statements.

I am a PayXpress user, but I don’t see my latest statement.

As a new user of PayXpress you will not be able to view your online statement until after your next billing cycle.  We will send you an email notification to your personal email address on file when your statement is ready for viewing.
