Now you can use your remote control and your Digital Cable box to manage your account. Go to Channel 1501 to use "My Account" - Interactive Customer Care - to view your statement, pay your bill and more.

To use our 24-hour automated action line to manage your account with your touchtone phone, call 513 247-5060 or toll free 1-877-57-CABLE (1-877-572-2253). You can check your balance, make a payment or confirm an appointment.

Pay by mail

You can pay your bill by mail using the return envelope included with your monthly statement. If you have misplaced your return envelope or bill stub, simply mail your bill payment to the following address:

When paying by mail, we recommend that you use a check or money order, payable to Time Warner Cable. For your security, please avoid sending cash through the mail.
