SETTING UP YOUR VOICEMAIL
It will take just a few minutes to set up your voicemail account. Once this step is complete, your voicemail will be ready to receive messages.
Dial (937) 648-9000. This is your access number.
Note: You can also access the system by dialing your 10-digit phone number and immediately pressing *5.
- Press # If dialing from your home phone
- Dial your 10-digit phone number if accessing from a remote location
- The system will ask you for your temporary PIN
- Your temporary PIN is the last four digits of your phone number
- The system will prompt you to change your temporary PIN and press #.
- Your PIN must be 4 digits long
Note: 1) Make sure you pick a PIN that is easy for you to remember but difficult for someone else to guess. For example, do not use your phone number, house address or birth date. 2) Should you forget your PIN number when accessing the system, you will be allowed three attempts to enter it correctly. After the third attempt you will be locked out of the account and must call support to have it reset.
- The system will ask you to verify your PIN by entering it a second time and pressing #
- The system will ask you to record your name and press #
Note: If the voicemail will be used to answer calls for multiple people, you should record a name that represents all individuals. For example: “Sam and Rebecca” or “The Smith Family.”
- Press 1 to use the recording of your name
- Press 2 to listen to the recording of your name
- Press 3 to record your name again
The system will ask you to record your standard greeting and press #
Note: This is the greeting callers will hear when you are unable to answer the phone. You may want to write out the greeting in advance of recording to make sure you provide callers all the information you desire.
- To use the recording of your standard greeting, press 1
- To listen to the recording of your standard greeting press 2
- To record your standard greeting again press 3
Congratulations! You have completed setting up your voicemail account. The voicemail system will offer you the opportunity to listen to the main menu. If you are finished, you can either hang-up the handset or press *9 to exit.

If you ever have any questions regarding your voicemail and want to speak with a Time Warner Cable Customer Service Representative, you can do so by dialing 611 from your Digital Phone.
RETRIEVING VOICE MAIL MESSAGES
When calling from home with Digital Phone
Dial (937) 648-9000. [Note: You have the option of bypassing the header by pressing *9]
- The voicemail system will answer with a welcome message
- Press #
- Enter your 4-digit PIN number
- Press #
- The voicemail system will tell you how many new voicemail messages you have
- Press 1 to listen to your messages
When calling away from home
Dial (937) 648-9000. [Note: You have the option of bypassing the header by pressing *9]
- The voicemail system will answer with a welcome message
- Enter your 10-digit Time Warner Cable Digital Phone number
- Press #
- Enter your 4-digit PIN number
- Press #
- The voicemail system will tell you how many new voicemail messages you have
- Press 1 to listen to your messages
MANAGING YOUR VOICEMAIL
Saving a message
- Press # immediately upon the conclusion of the message to save the message
Replaying a message
- Press 1 immediately upon the conclusion of the message to replay the message
Replying to a message
- The voicemail system will prompt you to record your reply message after the tone
- Press # when your message is complete
- Press 1 to send the reply
- Press 1 again to confirm that you want to send the reply message with standard delivery options
Note: You will only be able to send a reply message to other Time Warner Cable Digital Phone subscribers.
- Press 2 immediately upon the conclusion of the message
- The voicemail system will prompt you with options to:
- Send the message with or without a personal comment by pressing 4 then 1 or 2
- Replying without sending the original message by pressing 5
- Enter the 10-digit Time Warner Cable Digital Phone number of the person to whom you are sending the message
Erasing a message
- Press 3 immediately upon conclusion of a retrieved voicemail message to erase the message
Retrieving an accidentally erased message - Press 7 upon realizing you accidentally erased a message
- This will replay the previously retrieved and erased message
- Press # if you want to recover the message
Note: If you accidentally erase a voicemail message, you can only retrieve the message during the same voicemail session, if you have not hung up.
Marking a message as New
- Press 6 immediately upon conclusion of the retrieved message to mark it as new
Note: You may also mark previously saved messages as new.
Rewinding a message
- Press 7 to rewind a message several seconds
- Press 7 continually to completely rewind the message
Advancing a message
- Press 9 to advance a retrieved message several seconds
