What attracted you to TWC?

"I always wanted to work in the television industry, but I wasn’t sure if it was on the production side or the distribution side. When I saw the opening at Time Warner Cable it gave me the opportunity to work in the television industry, which is what I’ve always wanted. "

 

Describe a typical week at TWC?

"A typical week is one of meetings that involve process improvement as it relates to the field and the company as a whole.  I meet with field service and all levels of management on a weekly basis, so they understand where our quality levels are in order to improve the business."

What is the culture like?

"Friendly, focused and innovative. Time Warner Cable prides itself on innovation.  As a result of this we have focused employees who are always striving toward innovation so that are products work the way they should for our customers. You can have confidence when you reach out to supervisors or anyone on the management team that they will always treat you with respect and help you find the answers you need."
