Interview Summary
How has your career progressed?
"When I first started at Time Warner I was a Field Service Tech Trainee for about a year. After that year I took a test to become a Field Technician III and remained in that position for about 5 years, then interviewed for a supervisory position and became a supervisor for the last 4 years."
What can I expect from training?
"When you go through the training process when you’re hired on we give you a base knowledge about what we do. If you want more in depth training you have the opportunity to take additional courses, for example High Speed Data & telephone."
How did you come to join TWC?
"I was looking for a job with good benefits and lots of room for promotions. I liked the job description of the Field Service Technician which had a physical component using a ladder and climb telephone poles, which were great for me."
