"New hires will receive a solid foundation in training. You can advance every month, since we have testing for our technicians that allows the Field Service Technicians the opportunity to advance to the next level. You have to be within your current position for 6 months and you have to meet a certain criteria to take the testing."
What opportunities do I have for additional training?
"We constantly have training for our technicians. Our technicians are our backbone. Our customers rely on Time Warner Cable to train our employees, so that they are able to educate the customers on our products and services."
