Paid time off includes two weeks for the first year, three weeks at five years, and four weeks at ten years, holidays off, personal days and sick leave.
Healthcare coverage for employees and dependents consists of medical, vision and dental. We also offer short- and long-term disability, life coverage for you and your dependents, and an employee assistance program with short-term personal care for you and your family members. An adoption benefit is available which may reimburse some of the expenses related to adoption.
Financial programs include a 401(k) plan, a pension plan with full benefits payable at age 65 and reduced benefits available at age 55. Educational assistance reimburses the costs of approved coursework, and a flexible spending account may be used for healthcare or daycare expenses with before-tax dollars.
