Free Calling Features
Home Phone is loaded with all the latest digitally enhanced calling features - and they’re free.

		Caller ID on TV Caller ID on TV is a convenient way to see who’s calling while you’re watching TV. This service is free to customers with Digital Cable and Home Phone. See Instructions

		3-Way Calling 3-Way Calling allows you to add a third person to your phone conversation. See Instructions

		Caller ID Protect your privacy - and your free time. See who's calling before you answer the phone by looking on the screen on your Caller ID enabled phone. See Instructions

		Call Waiting When you're on the phone and a second call comes in, you will hear a "Beep." You can put your call on hold while you answer the other. See Instructions

		Call Waiting Caller ID This feature combines Caller ID and Call Waiting. The “Beep” alerts you to a call coming in. Just look at the visual Caller ID display on your phone to see the name and number of the person calling. Answer it or ignore it. It’s up to you. See Instructions

		Anonymous Call Reject You can block unwanted calls from people who do not send their caller ID information, just press *77.

		Speed Dial (*74) Save time by setting up your Home Phone for one digit dialing to call frequently dialed phone numbers. See Instructions

		Call Forwarding (*72) Automatically forward your calls to a local, long distance or mobile phone number. See Instructions

		Charges Block Block incoming and outgoing calls that could incur additional charges. See Instructions

		Caller ID Block (67) If you have chosen to reveal your identity when placing calls and wish to be anonymous for a particular call, press (67) before you dial to block your identity from the other person’s Caller ID.

		Dial 6-1-1 for support Any time you need technical help with features, service or repairs, dial 611 from your Home Phone.

		Private Listing When you place your order for Home Phone, you can choose to have your phone number be unpublished in the phone book and not given out by Directory Assistance (411) for $1.99 per month.

		Second Line Second Line service gives you a second distinct phone line for your home - with all the same great features of your primary Home Phone line. Second Line service offers voice capability only. You will not be able to access the Internet over this line. Learn More

Home Phone does not include back-up power and, as in the case with an electric-powered home cordless phone, should there be a power outage, Home Phone, including the ability to access 9-1-1 services, may not be available. Additional charges apply for taxes, fees, Directory Assistance, Operator Services and calls to International locations. Offer valid for residential customers in Home Phone serviceable areas.
