Is AskTWC a live chat?

No, AskTWC is NOT a live person. However, the answers are in plain English, just like if you were chatting with one of our Customer Care agents. Please note that the questions you ask are being searched in a knowledge base, so shorter and more direct questions will be more effective.

What can I ask?

We at Time Warner Cable are working hard to make sure AskTWC answers any questions our customers may have.

AskTWC can answer questions like:

How do I ask a question?

What if I get a wrong answer or no answer at all?
