Time Warner Cable’s Southwest Division agreements with programmers to carry their services routinely expire from time to time.  We are usually able to obtain renewals or extensions of such agreements, and carriage of programming services is discontinued only in rare circumstances. The following agreements with programmers are due to expire soon, and we may be required to cease carriage of one or more of these services in the near future:

• The Sportsman Channel*
• Showtime
• Showtime on Demand*
• The Movie Channel
• The Movie Channel on Demand*

• Oxygen on Demand
• BBC on Demand
• Great American Country
• Fuel
• Outdoor Channel

In addition, from time to time we make certain changes in the services that we offer in order to better serve our customers. The following changes are planned:

• MOVE:
  TNT on Demand from digital VOD channel 819 to digital VOD channel 812
  TBS on Demand from digital VOD channel 818 to digital VOD channel 812
• NAME CHANGE:
  Channel 809 will change name from “CNN on Demand” to “News & World”
• DELETE:
  Expo TV VOD channel 987
