Q:How do I sign up for and begin using Time Warner Cable's PayXpress service?
A:

To begin using PayXpress, you will need to have your account number and ZIP code (both appear on your bill), as well as the information from whatever form of payment you wish to use (i.e., routing and transit number for checking/savings account, or account number or credit card). Follow the steps on the PayXpress page to complete the enrollment process. Once you have enrolled you can login to the PayXpress service and establish your payment. Once a payment is scheduled, it appears in your list of scheduled payments until it is processed. After the payment is processed, it appears in your payment history with a status of "Paid." Time Warner Cable receives your payment on the payment date specified and credits your account. Sometimes, it may take a few days to apply the payment to your account.
