I am moving out of state at the end of this month. However, my roommate is staying and would like to have the cable transferred to her name. How do we go about doing this?

Answer:

When you are preparing to move, complete the My MoveTM Request Form so we can determine if your new address is in a Time Warner Cable service area.

To transfer service at your current location to your roommate, please contact your local TWC office for more information.
