How do I read my statement?

Answer:

If you are looking for guidance on how to read your bill statement, please see our Sample Bill. 

To view current and prior billing statements online, please follow these steps:

  1. Register for a TWC ID and then sign into MyServices.
  2. On the My Account tab, select a statement date from the View Previous Statements drop-down menu.
  3. Click Go.

To view your bill statements online you must have Adobe Reader installed. If you do not have it, you may download Adobe Reader for free.
