Question:

I lost my current statement; where do I mail my payment?

Answer:

Visit the Payment Centers page for the mailing address of your local payment processing center.  Remember to include your home phone number and the name of the account holder on your check when mailing in your payment.
 
If you are looking to view your personal bill statement online please follow the steps below:

  1. Sign into MyServices
  2. Click View & Pay My Bill
  3. Read and accept the Terms and Conditions
  4. Select View Statement in the left hand navigation

To view your bill statements online you must have Adobe Reader installed. If you do not have it, you may download Adobe Reader for free.

After opting-in to Online Bill Pay, you will be able to view your current bill statement and previous bill statements through MyServices. You will also receive a monthly email notification when your new bill statement is available to view online.

Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
