Viewing the status of your last payment is simple with MyServices. 

Please follow these steps:

1. Sign into MyServices using your TWC ID.
   
   
2. Select View & Pay My Bill located on the My Account tab.
   
   Note:  If the View & Pay My Bill button does not appear as an option, you will need to verify your account by providing your 4-digit customer code located on your bill.
   
   
3. If you are new to Online Bill Pay, please read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
   
   Note: After opting-in to Online Bill Pay you will also receive a monthly email notification when your new bill statement is available to view online.
   
   
4. Select Pay Bill from the left navigation. 
   
   
5. Select Previous Payment Details to view the latest payment, including the statement description, amount, payment date and the method of payment.

Note: If a payment is made online, the payment will display immediately. If a payment is made through another channel (e.g., phone, mail, in person, etc), the payment deduction will display one day following the payment.

To view current and prior billing statements, please follow these steps:

1. Sign into MyServices using your TWC ID.
   
   
2. Select View & Pay My Bill located on the My Account tab
   
   Note:  If View & Pay My Bill button does not appear as an option, you will need to verify your account by providing your 4-digit customer code located on your bill.
   
   
3. If you are new to Online Bill Pay, please read and accept the Terms and Conditions.
   
   Note: After opting-in to Online Bill Pay you will also receive a monthly email notification when your new bill statement is available to view online.
   
   
4. Select View Statements from the left navigation. 
   To view your bill statements online you must have Adobe Reader installed. If you do not have it, you may download Adobe Reader for free.

Note:  PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
