Viewing the status of your payment is simple with MyServices. For payment history, select Pay Bill from the left navigation. Select the blue arrow next to Previous Payment Details to view the payment, amount paid, payment type (Visa, EFT, etc), tracking number and the status of the payment.
If a payment is made online, the payment will display immediately with a pending status. If a payment is made through another channel (i.e. – phone, mail, in person, etc), the payment deduction will display one day following the payment until payment processing is complete.
To get a breakdown of Current Statement and Past Statements, select View Statements from the left navigation and look under Account Summary within the Statement section. For previous statements, scroll down to Previous Statements, select the statement date you wish to view, and click Download.
