Why does TWC bill one month in advance?

Answer:

Time Warner Cable bills one month in advance. All services are therefore prepaid prior to usage. If your service was just installed or you’ve recently changed your service, partial month charges may be shown on your bill. This ensures that you will only be charged for the correct number of days for your service.

If you are looking for guidance on how to read your bill statement, simply:

  1. Sign into MyServices
  2. On the My Account tab, go to Billing
  3. Under View Statement, select a statement date
  4. Click Downlaod PDF

To view your bill statements online you must have Adobe Reader installed. If you do not have it, you may download Adobe Reader for free.
