Your payment may have been received after your bill was printed. For up-to-date information on received payments, register for a TWC ID, sign in to MyServices, and opt-in to Online Bill Pay.
To view your online bill statement, simply:
After opting-in to Online Bill Pay, you will be able to view your current statement and up to 5 historical statements through MyServices. You will also receive a monthly email notification when your new bill statement is available to view online.
Note: PayXpress is a free service. You are not required to enroll in paperless billing, enter credit card information or set up recurring payments unless you would like to use those features of PayXpress.
