What happens if my new address is not in a Time Warner Cable service area?:


Please visit the TWC My Move® page. Once there, enter the ZIP code of your new address and complete the online form.  If your new address is not within the Time Warner Cable service area, a move agent will contact you to complete your disconnect request.

To find an alternate service provider, please visit the Cable Movers Hotline website and enter your new address.  You can also be routed to your new cable provider by calling 1-866-620-9093 and providing the ZIP Code of your new address.
