Can I change or cancel a Recurring Payment if I change my mind?:


Yes. You can change or cancel your recurring payment arrangement at any time. Note: Changes may not take effect until the next billing cycle, depending on your payment arrangement and your billing cycle dates. For specific information about your next payment, Contact Us.

To update your Recurring Payment information:

  1. Sign into My Account.
  2. On the My Account tab, go to Billing.
  3. Click the Edit link next to Payment Frequency: Recurring.
  4. Select the radio button for Sign up for Recurring Payments.
  5. Select your payment method (credit card, debit card or bank account).
  6. Enter your updated account information and click Continue
  7. Verify your information is correct and click Submit. You'll see a confirmation message and receive an email confirming your payment is being processed.

To cancel your Recurring Payment arrangement:

  1. Sign into My Account.
  2. On the My Account tab, go to Billing.
  3. Click Cancel next to Payment Frequency: Recurring.
  4. Select Yes to confirm your request to cancel. We will send you an email to confirm that your request was processed.

Note: Paying your bill online with My Account is free.
