You can monitor the status of individual pieces of equipment and navigate a list of possible problems, such as missing channels, a frozen picture, no picture, slow Internet connection, no dial tone - and see their likely solutions with the option to reboot or reset your Set-Top Box or reset your modem. There are also manual troubleshooting tips with instructions on how to check physical connections.
