How can I find out if I already have a TWC ID?

Answer:

On the MyServices homepage, click on Forgot username?, enter your email address and press Submit. If you have a TWC ID, your Username will appear on the next screen. Please note: If your email address is associated with more than 1 TWC ID, you will need to contact us at 1-800-TWC-HELP (1-800-892-4357) to obtain this information. Otherwise, you will get an error stating “we couldn't find an account for that email address".

Your TWC ID will allow you to access all of the following tools and features Time Warner Cable has to offer:

• MyServices
• VoiceZone
• Call History
• Mobile Manager
• TWC TV™
• DVR Manager
• TV Everywhere partner sites (ESPN, YES, Speed2, HBO Go, MAX Go, and more)
