What do I do if I have forgotten my Username?

Answer:

If you have cannot remember your username, select Forgot Username? link on the MyServices homepage and follow these 3 easy steps:

1. Enter the email address associted with your TWC ID
2. Click Submit
3. Your Username will be displayed on the next screen.

Please note: If your email address is associated with more than one (1) TWC ID, you will need to contact us at 1-800-TWC-HELP (1-800-892-4357) to obtain this information.
