How do I verify my account after I sign in?

Answer:

1. Click on the Verify Your Account link located in MyServices.

2. In the drop-down, select from the following:

  • Customer Code
  • Last 4 digits of your credit card number
  • Last 4 digits of your bank account number

3. If you elect to provide you Customer Code, a bill image will be displayed to show where this information can be found on your TWC bill.

Please note: You will be prompted to provide credit card and bank account information only if you have made a payment with TWC in the past.
