Yes, you can enter your Customer Code at any time.
You will be able to login to your account but access to some features will be restricted, such as edit home phone settings, manage voicemail, view call history, view your monthly statement, go paperless and pay your bill online. Once you login you will be reminded to verify your account to access all of the features in MyServices.
Your customer code can be located on your monthly, TWC statement or by calling us from your home phone at 1-800-TWC-HELP (1-800-892-4357).
