If you don’t provide your Customer Code during the registration process, you will have limited access to MyServices. You will still be able to login into MyServices, but will not see everything a verified user will see. With Limited access, you will be able to access:
• My Account – View your account balance, manage appointments, view current services and equipment (TV, Internet and Mobile), edit your profile and manage users.
• My TV – View TV listings and featured On Demand programming, program your DVR. Please Note: DVR Manager may not be available in all areas.
• My Internet – view usage details, view subscriber benefits, view primary email address and news on RR.com.
• My Mobile – view usage details and coverage maps.
• Chat – Get live help from a TWC representative
• FAQs and other Support content - Get answers to our most frequently asked questions, watch tutorials and access other support content.
