If you don’t provide your Customer Code when you register, you will have limited access to MyServices - that is, you can log in, but you won't see everything a verified user can see. With limited access, you can get to:
- My Account – View your account balance, manage appointments and view current services and equipment.
- My Profile – edit your profile and manage users.
- My TV – View TV listings and featured On Demand programming, plus program your DVR. Note: DVR Manager may not be available in all areas.
- My Internet – view usage details, view subscriber benefits and view primary email address.
- Chat – Get live help from a TWC representative.
