Can I set up a TWC ID for other members of my household?

Answer:

Yes. If you are the Primary Account Holder, you can create up to four (4) additional users within MyServices. You can create 2 types of users:

  • An Account Partner can access all of your account features and tools, including online bill pay and managing users. Note: You can only create one Account Partner.

  • Users can access specific features including TWC TV™, DVR Manager, VoiceZone and Call History. You can add or remove access to features at any time.

*Not all products and features are available in all areas.
