Answer:
Yes, The Primary Account Holder or Account Partner can edit permissions at any time from the Manage Users List.
You may edit an individual use’s permissions by clicking the Edit Profile link. Click the desired permissions and then click the Save button.
You may edit permissions for multiple users and tools at the same time by clicking the Edit Permissions dropdown and selecting either 1) DVR Manager, VoiceZone & Call History 2) TWC TV™ for Devices. Click the desired persmissions or block/unblock channels and then click the Save button.
