Question:

Can I change my Password associated with my TWC ID?

Answer:

Yes. To change your password, simply log into aMyServices. On the My Account tab, go to Profile and Preferences and click on the Edit link next to your encrytped password.

When updating your password, please make sure that it meets the following requirements:

  • Must be 8-16 characters long
  • Must contain letters & numbers only
  • Must contain at least one number
  • Cannot match your username
  • Cannot repeat a value 3 times in a row
  • Cannot contain objectionable or prohibited words
