To cancel your service repair appointment online, please follow these steps:
- Sign into MyServices using your TWC ID.
- In the My Account tab, go to My Appointments.
- Select Cancel Appointment underneath the appointment you would like to cancel.
- You will be prompted to confirm the cancellation. If you do not want to cancel your appointment, select Keep Appointment.
- To move forward with cancelling your appointment, select Cancel Appointment. A confirmation message will be displayed indicating the appointment was successfully cancelled.
Note: The Arrival Time is the time window when you should expect us to arrive at your home to begin work. Your appointment duration may vary depending on the services being installed or repaired.
