Yes. You may change or cancel your recurring payment arrangement at any time. Please note that changes may not take effect until the following billing cycle depending on your payment arrangement and your billing cycle dates. For specific information about your next payment, Contact Us.
To Update your Recurring Payment information, simply:
- Sign into MyServices with your TWC ID
- Click on View & Pay My Bill.
- Click on Update Recurring Payments.
- Enter your new card or bank account information.
- Select continue, and receive the confirmation page acknowledging successful recurring payment update.
To Cancel your Recurring Payment arrangement, simply:
- Login to MyServices with your TWC ID
- Click on View & Pay My Bill and opt in to Online Bill Pay
- Click on Billing Info from the menu on the left.
- Select the Cancel Recurring Payments link and follow the instructions to cancel recurring payments.
