How do I update my Recurring Payments credit card or bank account information?

Answer:

You can update credit card, debit card, and bank or savings account information for your Recurring Payment whenever you want.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Sign into MyServices with your TWC ID
  2. Click on View & Pay My Bill.
  3. Click on Update Recurring Payments.
  4. Enter your new card or bank account information.'
  5. Select continue, and receive the confirmation page acknowledging successful recurring payment update.

Please note: that changes may not take effect until the following billing cycle depending on your payment arrangement and your billing cycle dates. For specific information about your next payment, Contact Us.
